Typically, this service includes an in-depth chat with you to learn about your hearing history and concerns, a full hearing test to better understand your hearing loss, and adjustments to your hearing aids based on this information.

Two follow-up appointments are included in the price of this service to see if any modifications we’ve made have improved our results. Additional charges for parts or repairs may apply depending on the terms of the hearing aid warranty.
