Verifying your identity; assessing your eligibility for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (through the Department of Health); applying to the Department of Health for a hearing services voucher on your behalf and managing your Personal Information on their online system; contacting your health practitioner to arrange a referral appointment for a hearing assessment or other related service; assessing your ongoing needs; ordering and administering products; and reviewing your ongoing needs (including requests under the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act and under various confidentiality provisions under which we operate).

With your consent, we may also use your information for other purposes, including (but not limited to): conducting market research, product development, or customer satisfaction surveys; statistical analysis to improve service delivery; and contacting you with information about marketing products, services, and events we believe you may be interested in.

How Do We Store Personal Data
