dedicated to improving lives through better hearing. With roots in India, over two
decades in Australia, and more than 8 years of clinical experience in the industry,
she brings both global perspective and in-depth expertise to Hearing Buddy.
Her qualifications reflect her commitment to excellence:
- Diploma in Hearing Device Prescription
- Government-accredited Qualified Practitioner with the Hearing Service Program
- Full Member of the Australia College of Audiology (ACAud)
- Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and Finance
While working with some of the biggest hearing care providers, Shaily recognized the
need for a more personalized, client-centred approach.
Driven by the desire to empower all Australians to achieve optimal hearing health,
Shaily established Hearing Buddy. Her mission is to keep it simple, providing
premium hearing care without unnecessary complexity. She aspires to build a
supportive community that tackles the stigma often associated with hearing loss and
where people feel comfortable addressing their hearing needs.
Shaily's passion for helping others, combined with her strong family values and

Buddy. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, working out
at the gym, nurturing her mental well-being, and expressing herself through the
vibrant energy of dance.
